The breakfast was overly busy. Waiting in line became a daily routine, detracting from the experience. the room's air conditioning did not work correctly. I reported this to the front desk, but the temperature remained unchanged . The room was too warm.

The breakfast included hot food options, acceptable.

The attempt to overcharge for a taxi to the airport was quite disappointing.. The hotel tried to charge 80 euros, while the standard taxi fare is only 45 euros.
